Don"t forget to put in the skate boards and bikes for the skate bowl adjoining the camping grounds across the street where the kids can entertain themselves after a fun filled day of fishing and swimming.

The house has 2 bedrooms with 1 x Queen bed and 2 x Single beds and is ideally suited to a small family of 4 or 2 couples. All rooms are insect screened and air conditioning (cooling only) adds to the comfort and enjoyment. The dining room opens onto a spacious upper level verandah with outdoor dining setting and large gas BBQ for relaxed holiday dining.

There is a secure fenced area and undercover shelter in the front yard so bring your favourite family dog to enjoy your holiday. The front yard is also large enough for off-street parking a boat and multiple vehicles with easy direct street access.

And after a hard day "off the hook" take a 5 minute stroll to the Amity Point Community Club for a family meal, refreshments & occasional entertainment.
