This modern beach house offers all the comforts for a family holiday home; relax in style at ‘Beach Retreat’. With leafy bush outlook from the front covered deck, access to walking track across the road leading direct onto the beach and the sound of the ocean filters through the trees. The whole family will love this recently upgraded property.

The main house offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; master with queen bed and ensuite, second and third with queens and fourth bedroom a kids retreat with single bunks and wall mounted TV. Sleeping a maximum of 8 guests.

Open plan living / dining with flat screen TV/DVD and air-conditioned for guests comfort. The galley style kitchen offers gas cook top, electric oven, dishwasher and large servery window onto the rear deck. This property has been tastefully styled to give a modern yet rustic, beach house charm.

A large covered rear deck offers plenty of space for the family with additional fridge, TV and BBQ for family gatherings after a day swimming and enjoying the island. The back yard has plenty of space for storing surfboards, bikes etc with outdoor shower for the hot summer days and fire pit for the crisp winter months.

At the rear of the property a one bedroom, granny flat for an additional 4 guests is also available; one queen bed and a set of single bunks. Air-conditioned for comfort, with private bathroom, kitchen, small lounge area with TV/DVD and second seating area. This allows for the whole family to get together, giving the entire property a sleeping capacity of 12 guests.

The property also offers a plunge pool which is available during the Spring and Summer seasons ONLY.
